Residing in Terrigal with her husband, 3 teenage daughters and a few dogs for good measure, there is no one better equipped to sell the dream of coastal living than Kathleen. Her exuberant passion for the place she calls home is evident in all of her dealings, and she knows that relating to the emotional component of a buyer’s decision is key to securing a sale.
