Keys are collected from our office at 164 Avoca Drive, Avoca Beach NSW 2251.
During the Christmas school holidays, check-in is from 3:00pm on your day of arrival. At other times of the year it’s from 2:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am on your day of departure, year-round.
You’ll receive a pre-arrival email with key pick-up instructions two days before you arrive. Please have keys back to the office by 10:00am on departure day – and if you’re arriving outside office hours, contact us beforehand and we’ll arrange for your keys to be available.
