Check-in is from 2:00pm — 3:00pm during the Christmas school holidays — and check-out is 10:00am year-round. Keys are collected from our Avoca Beach office at 164 Avoca Drive, and a pre-arrival email with pick-up instructions lands two days before you arrive. Early check-in is sometimes possible outside peak periods; call ahead and we’ll check.
