This comfortable apartment has a stunning view of the beach from the open plan lounge/dining room. Enjoy your breakfast soaking up the morning sun and watching the waves roll in!
Bedroom 1 contains a queen size bed, bedroom two has a cantilever bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) plus a single bed. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan.
Kitchen is well equipped and dining/ lounge room with windows looking straight to the beach. The ideal family holiday location.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. As usual this unit is just perfect. The little updates by the owner were a nice surprise. Nice break before the Easter rush.
Great place to stay, with panoramic views of the beach. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Close enough for family and friends to visit. Such a relaxing time, will definitely book this unit again.

Absolutely love this unit. It's location is the best in Avoca. It's a little old fashioned but that's what you want when you are at the beach – easy and nothing to worry about. Just wish we could have access to the bbq's as it would make dinner easier.

I was in a Avoca with my family for a wedding and we stayed here because my brother and I stayed here as children… brought back so many happy memories and it was so lovely to be right on the beach with the beautiful view. The flat is very comfortable, a little dated in decor but even that was lovely and nostalgic for us.
Could be a more perfect position. Simple unit with everything you need. Couldnt recommend more highly.
Have stayed at this unit several times as it is perfect for us. This visit we parked the car and did not move it for the entire stay. If you love the sand and surf then this unit is just like having an umbrella on the sand that you can also eat and sleep in. Absolutely love this unit. Very basic but thats whats so good about it. Cannot beat the location. Very clean and comfy beds. Our second for a few times a year.

This unit is just in the best location you could want on the beautiful Avoca beach. The unit flows out onto a very large grass area which is perfect for sitting around, hop skip and jump to the water and then back. We will definitely be staying again. Comfy beds and a view out the front window to die for!
