Modern bathroom on this level also with a bath. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The double garage downstairs has been converted into an additional living space with lounge, TV, pool table and table tennis to enjoy.

My husband and I recently stayed for 18 days at this property. The location and amenities were excellent. We were visiting family who resides in Avoca Beach and often met them at the beach with a 5 minute walk . We loved staying at 1/50 Avoca drive, particularly my twelve year old grandson who spent most of his time playing table tennis in the games room. Immaculate apartment and very stylish
We are regulars to Avoca Beach, and 75% of our week saw rain and wet conditions. This meant we spent much more time inside than usual and this property had ample space for our family of 4 to spread out, and play games, watch movies and stay out of the rain.
Great location, easy walk to beach. Excellent layout, aircon appreciated, quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped with everything you need for a very relaxing holiday!
Excellent house and location. Place was tidy. Great size for 6 guests. Would stay again.
