On entry is the open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Aldi Coffee Machine and stainless steel fridge.

The lounge room has a flat screen television and DVD player.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, ensuite and large walk through robe. There is a smart television and ceiling fan, plus a small deck off the end. Bedroom two has a double bunk and king single bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a king single bed. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 have wall fans and there are also pedestal fans.
