The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has two singles and bedroom 4 has bunk beds. Huge main bathroom with separate toilet and vanity. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are two separate living areas, one with a television and DVD and dining room. Plus spacious outdoor living area with BBQ. Dogs are welcome outside in the huge secure back yard – please clean up after them.
Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
Security Bond $1000. A pre-authorisation is required the morning of your arrival and released after departure.

This is the 2nd time that we have use George Brand services and rented this property. As we arrived, we noticed that the toilet in the on-suite was blocked. Great spot easy walk to beach. Village atmosphere house great for family gatherings good backyard. Be good to have enough indoor chairs for dining table. Sleeps 8 should have 8 low chairs – even a couple of collapsibles would work.
Dealing with George Brand for the booking was a pleasure. The house is great for a gathering with lots of areas for eating and relaxing. Its an easy walk to beach , coffee and shops There are plenty of provisions for self catering
A very nice property on a quiet road in a great location. The property was very comfortable, suited our needs and was very close to the beach and a few shops. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and would happily return to it if necessary.
Loved the location of the property, and the house itself was nice, the fence is only suitable for big dogs as my little dog got through a few times. Other then that it was a great property in a great location 🙂

This is a really great house, minutes walk from the beach and cafes, nice comfortable house with everything you need. Good BBQ and kitchen.
We loved our stay at Copa and the house suited us perfectly. Lots of room and a good sized backyard for a game of 2 x 2 soccer/touch footy. Very easy living, 2 bathrooms and super close to the beach. Great all round. Only thing it misses is an undercover area outside should it rain.
Great place. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
Very comfortable layout, great deck and back yard, very close to the beach. Only slightly annoying thing is having to bring your own linen which were only told after booking (there is a hire service available) but there is washer and dryer there so it wasnt a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.
Clean ,good position, dog friendly secure garden. Plenty of good kitchen equipment, glasses, China .
