We were really happy with the apartment – it was simply furnished, neat and clean and a great location opposite coffee shop, with short walk through the backyard to the beach. Beautiful location with great ocean views. Exactly like the photos, very clean. Perfect walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.
Lovely little spot with gorgeous beach views! So nice being able to see the surf directly from the window. Very clean, centre of sleepy Avoca close to all the restaurants, right on the beach. Very quiet & chill too. Id def go back. They were kind enough to let me check out a little later too.
Great apartment, location is hard to beat and amazing views
This is the third time we have stay in this little block of four units and I prefer the unit on the second floor because you can see over the dunes to the beach. The weather was perfect and we even saw whales.
Booking and picking up keys very straightforward. Love the location and also the art deco unit but with all mod cons.

The location is great, the beach is in your backyard. Close to the shops and amenities. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the only thing that was not provided were bath soap and beach towels.

The unit is in a great location, so close to the beach and opposite a great little cafe for your morning coffee! You are only a short walk from everything you need. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great property exactly as the photos, really good coffee right over the road and plenty of choice to eat in or out. Lovely to see the sun rise over the sea.
The apartment is exactly as described. What a wonderful spot to enjoy, from the amenities, views, local people and good food and coffee in the area. I would highly recommend this gem.
