Two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs. Bedroom one contains a queen size bed, bedroom two has two singles that can be put together to make a double bed and bedroom three has three single beds and a trundle bed.

Lounge/dining area has television, DVD player and polished wooden floors. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine – please bring own pods There is a games room downstairs which has a mini pool table and a table tennis table. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children"s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique "Indie Films" to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
