This newly renovated unit is stunningly gorgeous, you feel at home the moment you walk in. Timber flooring throughout the living areas, timber paneled ceilings with a relaxing decor. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan, second bedroom has a double bed with a set of bunks and ceiling fan. The lounge room has a smart television with Netflix etc (log in with own account) and an electric heater ( that looks like an open fire). The kitchen is modern and very well appointed with a dishwasher & coffee machine. There is an internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. The courtyard area boasts a bbq and a small outdoor setting for your own use. Sheets and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique Indie Films to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis, hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

The apartment was well appointed in a fabulous location right on Avoca Beach.
It is a lovely unit with plenty of room, especially in the second bedroom. It is right on the beach but also has its own grassed area for kids to play, inside a locked gate. The bathroom could do with updating but it is adequate. Ive been there a few times and it never disappoints.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit- the location is fabulous. Looking out to the sea each morning is my favourite part. This Unit has everything needed for a pleasant stay.The only downside are the beds- could do with new pillows and the mattress in the room with the double bed could do with a new mattress or at least a topper.
We chose to stay here because we had been before a year ago. Beautiful location with stunning views across the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Very well looked after location and very well appointed. Would choose again.
Great location, being a 300m walk to the beach flags. Quite a number of eateries near by. Good security but easy to access the beach. Grassed area well maintained, and enough off street parking. Just a 3 night escape to unwind after a busy and challenging few months. The view is amazing. Access to the beach is just a few steps away.

Perfect beach holiday location. The unit is in the best spot (on the beach, halfway between shops and beach kiosk). The actual furnishings/unit amenities were really nice and comfortable, and it was such an easy place to have a holiday. We will be back!

What a treat to have such a fantastic beach location- the roar of the waves and the sea breeze. The unit has very comfortable living areas. Main bedroom quite small with very limited storage. This said we would book again to enjoy the view and to be so close to the beach. Right in the middle of Avoca so car can remain in the garage.
