The spacious lounge room is situated toward the rear of the house, opening onto the deck and pool. The kitchen is in the centre of the house offering great sight lines to the pool and yard. Bedroom 4 and a large bathroom with shower is also on this level.
Upstairs boasts the main bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. Between Bedrooms 2 and 3 is another full bathroom with large shower.
The pavilion is a great space for extended family. It has a lounge area with a TV and table tennis table, and kitchenette. There are two bedrooms each with two king single beds and another bathroom with shower.
There is a laundry in the main house with washer and dryer and outdoor clothesline. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Just a wonderful space to chill out and relax for all the family.
Linen and bath towels are provided just bring your own beach towels.

Very good and convenient. Accommodates for many people and the staff at George Brand where very helpful.
We had a great long weekend stay as part of a group of families. The house provides ample of space for adults & kids alike to hang out and spend time together. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of glassed and crockery. Beach access is right across the road.
We stayed at the property with a group of 9 women on a swimming trip ! The location and house were perfect. It even has fabulous swimming artworks!! Highly recommended and Ill be back with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing house in Avoca. Very convenient location, literally 1 min walk from the beach, walking distance to good cafes and restaurants. The property is great, modern and spacious.
