Bedroom one contains a queen size bed, Bedroom two contains two king singles (that can be made into a king. Please advise if king bed is required at time of booking). This would make the unit suitable for two couples. There is a sofa bed in the living area as well for any extras.

Unrivalled location and cosy unit with great balcony and direct beach access- close to coffee, restaurants and bottle shop.
My husband and I had a beautiful stag here. Perfect location right on the beach and close to cafes. It was clean and had everything we needed. Verandah was beautiful too.

Check in was a breeze. Agent almost opposite the accommodation. Car park was behind secure locked gate with remote. There are stairs to this unit so not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had the most enjoyable break. So relaxing, great unit on the beach. Spent our days beaching and watching the waves roll in from the beautiful balcony and listening to the surf at night. Well equipped unit and great value for money. We will be back next summer.

We had a beautiful weekend at this accommodation. Position is incredible to be right on the beach and so close to coffee shops, restaurants and the surf club. Was great to have the BBQ on the balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Also, the outdoor shower was great to use when coming off the beach. We will definitely be back!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend at unit 5/145 Avoca Drive, Avoca Beach. This unit is perfectly located with easy, beach-front access.
