Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Stunning place with tremendous views of beach from both decks. Clean and well appointed. A very relaxed place to stay. Quiet area. Need a car as walk back from the beach very steep. Everything perfect. A rail on steps into the house would be helpful as we were a very senior group.
