All bedrooms open to the large entertainment balcony, providing amazing views. All linen is provided. There is lift access from the security underground carpark as well as from street entry level. This property is let for holiday purposes only and each booking is subject to our Terms and Conditions. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Great location with beautiful views over Avoca Beach. Easy, flat walk to the shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our daily beach walks Apartment is very spacious with large front balcony and back terrace. Despite being winter we never felt cold in the apartment. Garage accommodated our large car easily.
Beautiful property and well appointed with some lovely personal touches. The George Brand staff were brilliant from start to finish.
