The upstairs level features an air-conditioned living/dining area with a smart TV that opens onto the deck, capturing the beautiful ocean breeze. Full-size well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans with two queen beds and two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower & toilet on this level. Downstairs comprises of two bedrooms each with ceiling fans with one queen bed, and a single bunk bed room, air-conditioned living area for that quite reading space, with a small kitchenette with bar fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower & toilet, with another toilet in the laundry. Perfect location, level walk and minutes from the beach, shops and lagoon. Nicely appointed bedrooms and living room furnishings. Kitchen and pantry well stocked. The only downside were the bathrooms as they are dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Water pressure from the upstairs shower was poor. The rooms were clean but there were cobwebs and tiny spiders throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms which freaked our little kids out – so I suggest that the property could do with a pest control treatment. We would stay again though.
Great location to the beach and shops/coffee shops. The house sleeps 10 and the quality of bedding, towels and bed comfort is very very good. Excellent back yard for entertaining with nice B-B-Q and large undercover table.
We had such a great stay at Sandy Feet Retreat! The house is spacious, comfortable and well set up for a family holiday, with everything we needed. The location is amazing – just a short walk to Copacabana Beach and the lagoon. We stayed in winter and had a mix of weather, and the space was perfect for every scenario. We could make the most of the beach on the sunny days, and when it was cold and raining, the house was warm and cosy with plenty of space to relax. The outdoor BBQ was a great bonus for easy family dinners, and the kids absolutely loved the slide and cubby. The bunk beds were also a big hit with them! You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the house comfortable and easy for guests. It was such a relaxed stay with the kids, and we’ll definitely be back!
