There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The apartment is located in the charming Avoca Beach village, home of the character filled Avoca Picture Theatre which features movies ranging from unique “Indies Films” to the latest release. Enjoy the well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children”s playground, many alfresco cafes & surf club. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake. Avoca Beach also has a local craft market on the fourth Sunday of each month. You will find products ranging from art, eco, recycled and up-cycled goods including skincare, jewellery, homewares and international food whilst listening to live music.

We had a great stay. The location is so easy and close to the restaurants, lake, beach and tennis. The unit was just what we needed and was nice and clean. George brand is always good to deal with. We would happily stay again

The place is located short walk from the beach and close to amenities like cafes and shops.The place is well equipped with all the essentials such as washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven.It was renovated recently so in reasonable condition, with only one flight of stairs to walk down which is handy with young kids.
It is a lovely place – I would move here if I could! Beautiful views to the beach from the main areas – so peaceful. Beds were comfortable and spa bath was an added bonus.
We enjoyed our stay at Seaview. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely view of the ocean which was across the street. The apartment is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff at the GB office were friendly and helpful. We would enjoy staying there again.
