Nicely furnished lounge room and dining room. Kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, plus all modern conveniences. This is a great apartment and just metres from the beach, bbq on the deck.

Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Well equipped home for family getaway. Beds were super comfy. Short walk to beach with protected area for small kids to swim without big waves. Would be good to have comfy lounge in second living area.
