I’m Natalie Riddington, Property Manager at George Brand Terrigal. My role is all about bringing people together while protecting what matters most. I work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure rental properties are well maintained, expectations are managed, and every tenancy runs as smoothly as possible.

Property management is about much more than inspections and maintenance. It’s about communication, problem solving, and building strong relationships with people who trust us to look after both their investment and their home.

Why Real Estate?

I’ve always had an obsession with property, so real estate felt like a natural fit. Interestingly, I found my way into the industry after being offered a job by someone I used to make coffee for, and I’ve never looked back.

What has kept me here is the people. I genuinely enjoy the relationships I’ve built with clients and being part of a supportive team. It also doesn’t hurt that I get to step outside the office and see the ocean every day.

How I Help My Clients

I understand that every client is different, and so is the way they like to communicate. Some people prefer a phone call, others an email or text message. My approach is simple. I communicate in the way that works best for you and make sure you’re always informed throughout the process.

Whether I’m coordinating maintenance, supporting tenants, or helping owners protect their investment, my goal is to make property management feel straightforward and far less stressful.

Proud to Call the Central Coast Home

Although I originally relocated from the South Coast more than 13 years ago, the Central Coast truly feels like home. I love the sense of community in Terrigal and the relaxed coastal lifestyle that makes this area so special.

Knowing the local area and being part of the community allows me to provide practical advice and support to clients who are investing in a place I genuinely love.

What Success Means to Me

Success isn’t measured by numbers alone. For me, it’s about the relationships I build and the trust clients place in me.

If an owner feels confident their investment is being genuinely looked after, or a tenant feels heard and supported, then I know I’ve done my job well. Those lasting relationships are what I value most.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me grabbing a strong flat white with my kids, walking my dogs, or spending weekends watching my children play sport. I’m also a passionate AFL fan and enjoy fitting in a Pilates class whenever I can.

One fun fact?

I can often tell you what year you bought your house and how much you paid for it.
