Sitting on the top level of the block, this apartment has a balcony overlooking the beach with outdoor furniture. There is a small electric grill to BBQ. Functional and modern the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (pods required).
Laundry contains washing machine, dryer and another toilet. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, Bedroom two has two singles plus two trundles.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique Indie Films to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

A very pleasant place to stay that suits our family needs well, with good beach access as well as other amenities.
Our week stay at Marese 10 was relaxing, peaceful and very comfortable. The location is exceptional with a short walk to shops and immediate access to the beach and flags. Watching the breaking waves from the comfort of the unit is very pleasurable. The unit contained everything we needed, we will return.

Position was perfect. The grounds were very well kept and on two occasions the cleaner and ground staff offered to help carry our bags and boxes to our unit.
We took a few days in Winter to head to Avoca and arrived well after dark.We woke early on the first morning and were blown away by the spectacular view of the sun rising over the beach.A number of coffee shops etc close by. Beach is at the doorstep. Car parking is close to the unit (so no dragging luggage for miles).Great family holiday location.

Perfect location right on the beach and close to the shops. Secure parking and private entrance to the beach. Quite spacious for a 2 bedroom older style apartment. 2nd bedroom would have been perfect if it had double beds with bunks instead of 2singjes with trundles to add more space to the room. Great location. Older style apartment but very comfortable.
The location was perfect, the unit was very comfortable and very clean. We appreciated being walking distance from the Avoca theatre, The Point cafe and the Avoca shops. And of course the beach was at our doorstep and the flags not far away. Will definitely be back.
