The open plan kitchen/dining area, opens onto a large deck. Lounge with large flat screen TV, and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef needs.
Bedroom 1 contains king size bed, ensuite and flat screen television. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
The laundry has a frontload washing machine and dryer. There is also a large utility room complete with indoor clothes line.

Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake

Apartment was very well appointed with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday (linen, air cond, bedroom fans, plenty of storage areas, extremely well stocked kitchen including storage containers, pot/pans, appliances etc) Great balcony with a barbecue to enjoy the afternoons. Will certainly book again.
We were very pleased with our stay. Apartment was so well appointed for a Christmas stay- wanted for nothing. Big balcony with barbecue excellent for family gatherings. Air conditioning much appreciated. Walk up the hill and stairs good for post Christmas exercise.
