The apartment consists of 3 luxury bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. TV Area consists of a children's fold out sofa bed. The luxurious main bathroom consists of shower, toilet and large bath, perfect for those relaxing evenings.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique Indie Films to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

This was the perfect family Easter house. Steps to the beach and also the rock pool. . The layout suited our family well as the family with the kids had their own area complete with sitting/tv area, leaving the main bedroom for us. The view was spectacular – we just had a fabulous time.

I recently stayed at Unit 1 in the Soundwaves complex, perfectly situated right on Avoca Beach, with two of my closest friends. We had an incredible time! The apartment was fabulousspacious, modern, and just steps away from restaurants, cafes, and shops. We could not have asked for a better location and experience. We will definitely be back!

You can't beat the views from this perfectly located apartment on the beachfront. You can leave your car in the garage and walk (via the beach if you want) within minutes to great food, the surf club, cafe's and more. We walked in and opened the blinds and it has a serious "wow" factor from the living area – stunning location.
