Villa Luna is only a couple minutes” walk to the beach and perfectly positioned with a north facing aspect. Tucked away and private and an easy 600 metre walk to the sand. On entry there is a rumpus room, bedroom and bathroom. Walk up the stairs to the the main living area you will find a large balcony and ocean views, lounge, dining, kitchen and play room. A laundry and bathroom on this level also. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique “Art House Films” to the latest box office releases. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis, hire a kayak, stand up paddle board or paddle boat on Avoca Lake. Visit the markets, fourth Sunday of each month.
Security Bond $2,000. A pre-authorisation is required the morning of your arrival and released after departure.

The house was great – exceptionally clean and close to the beach. We were really happy with it.
Great place to stay as an escape from the city. Would suit large families or group of friends. The kitchen has everything youd need and more, with plenty of space for cooking. Had a fantastic stay over Easter at Avoca beach! Great location and beautiful view! Able to hear the waves at night on the balcony. Can walk awesome trails from front door step. Lots of space in the house and 4 bathrooms! Would recommend, great for families!!
