Wyoming NSW 2250

Family streets under the bush line, ten minutes from Gosford and priced to make the Coast possible.

Life at Wyoming.

Wyoming does the quiet, useful work of the Coast. Four kilometres north of Gosford on the old Pacific Highway, it is street after street of solid family homes, with rainforest gullies running along its edges. The shopping village covers the basics with a Coles and a strip of locals, the primary school sits in the middle of the suburb, and Gosford’s station, hospital and waterfront are ten minutes down the highway. When the day needs more than that, Erina Fair and the beaches are a short drive over the ridge. This is one of the Coast’s busiest family markets. Nearly two hundred houses changed hands here in the past year, most of them three and four bedders from the sixties through the eighties with room to improve, and they sell quickly at prices the beach suburbs left behind long ago.
