As a Property Manager at George Brand Kariong, my role is to keep rental properties running smoothly while providing support to both landlords and tenants throughout every stage of the tenancy. From coordinating maintenance and conducting routine inspections to managing day-to-day enquiries and ensuring legislative compliance, I work hard to protect my clients’ investments while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

Property management is a fast-paced role where no two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what I enjoy most. Every property, every client and every situation is different, making each day both rewarding and challenging.

Why Real Estate?

I was drawn to real estate because I wanted to help people secure homes and achieve positive outcomes. Whether it’s assisting an owner to protect one of their biggest investments or helping a tenant find a place they can truly call home, I enjoy being part of an important chapter in people’s lives.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or on the sidelines of a soccer or footy field.

Sport has always been a big part of my life, in fact, I represented my team at the National Soccer Championships when I was younger, an experience that taught me the value of discipline, teamwork and resilience.

I’m also an early bird and can’t start the day without a caramel latte.
