Having been part of George Brand Real Estate since October 1989, I have built a career around supporting our team behind the scenes and ensuring every aspect of the sales process runs smoothly. During that time, I have worked across a variety of offices and roles, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the business and the many moving parts involved in a successful real estate transaction.

Today, as part of the George Brand Kariong team, my role spans reception, sales administration, company bookkeeping, sales trust accounting and office compliance. While much of my work happens behind the scenes, every task plays an important part in helping our sales team deliver exceptional service and ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless experience from beginning to end.

Why Real Estate?

My real estate journey began as a Junior Secretary with George Brand Real Estate in Kincumber. From the very beginning, I enjoyed the variety the industry offered and the opportunity to continue learning as my role evolved.

Over the years I have worked in most of our offices and across a number of different positions. That experience has given me a genuine appreciation for every part of the business and the people who make it what it is. More than three decades later, I still enjoy coming to work because every day brings something different and I have had the privilege of working alongside so many wonderful people throughout my career.

How I Help My Clients

I play an important role in ensuring every transaction is supported by accurate administration, efficient processes and attention to detail.

From preparing sales documentation and managing compliance through to bookkeeping and trust accounting, I work hard to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time. My goal is to give our sales team the support they need while providing clients with confidence that every detail has been carefully managed.

Real estate involves countless administrative tasks that often go unseen. I take pride in making sure those tasks are completed efficiently so that both our clients and our team enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience.

One of the things I appreciate most about living and working on the Central Coast is the lifestyle it offers.

Everything is close by, the beaches are beautiful and there is a wonderful sense of community. The minimal travel means more time enjoying everything the region has to offer, and I feel fortunate to work in such a fantastic location.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work I enjoy spending time at the beach, reading a good book, walking my dog and catching up with family and friends.

One of my greatest joys is supporting my daughter as she competes in figure skating. Watching her dedication and commitment reminds me of the importance of hard work and perseverance, qualities I bring into my own career every day.
